Question 1

Didn't get my digital Maniac pass

Accepted Answer

If you ordered your package prior to Feb 15, 2026 your digital pass will be sent to you by prior to your trip. Usually around 2 weeks before your trip.

If you ordered after Feb 15, 2026 and you didn't get your digital card via sms/email immediately after your checkout sessions, please check your email junk and spam folders. There is a link to download pass in email. Within 5 minutes after checkout you will be sent your pass via sms. If you still haven't received it please chat with us here or email us help@maniac.cards

Android users- We currently don't support digital passes. Please bring your receipt that has QR code to the Maniac booth located at Harpoon Harry's in Panama City Beach, Rock Bar in Fort Lauderdale, and Clayton's Beach Club in South Padre Island. They will issue you a physical card, please scan back to activate.

How long is my card valid?

Your Maniac card is valid for 7 days of access. Even if you're only in town for 3-4 days, the card pays for itself in just one day of parties, drinks, and events! Weeks run Saturday to Friday.
